• All prints are sold unframed and packaged to the highest standards, using archival materials for rich color, sharp detail, and gallery-worthy results. 

• Shipping charges are additional and will be calculated at checkout.

• To cancel your order, please get in touch with us within two hours of submission, as printing may start thereafter.

 

Returns

 

All prints and commissioned paintings are made to order. Accordingly, KvE does not accept refunds, returns or exchanges for orders. On rare occasions, one or more products in an order may be damaged while in transit in possession of our shipping partners. If one or more of your product(s) arrives damaged, please send detailed, clearly visible photos of the damage including images of the packaging to contact@kve.gallery.

We do everything we can to ensure the artwork looks on your screen as close as possible to how it will appear in person. However, please keep in mind that color and brightness may vary slightly depending on your screen settings and ambient lighting.

 

 

Production and Shipping

 

Each piece you’ve chosen is crafted with care, printed, signed, and packed by hand — just for you.

Because every print is made individually, please allow approximately 5 business days for production before it begins its journey to your door. Shipping time will be added based on your location.

Each commissioned piece is uniquely crafted—timing and delivery depend on the scale of your project and your location. We can’t wait to hear about your project and ideas. 

 

Artwork from other Artists

 

For collectors purchasing works from other artists listed on our website or through our Art Advisory services, delivery times, customs, and import duties will depend on both your location and the origin of the artwork
