• All prints are sold unframed and packaged to the highest standards, using archival materials.
• Shipping charges are additional and will be calculated at checkout.
• All prints and commissioned paintings are made to order. Accordingly, KvE does not accept refunds, returns or exchanges for orders. On rare occasions, one or more products in an order may be damaged while in transit in possession of our shipping partners. If one or more of your product(s) arrives damaged, please send detailed, clearly visible photos of the damage including images of the packaging to contact@kve.gallery.
• We aim to print and dispatch all prints within two weeks of purchase.
• Your edition will be dispatched with a tracked and signed courier service. You will receive an email notification when your order is on its way.
• Shipping times are as follows:
United States: 1–2 weeks
International: 2–4 weeks (subject to customs clearance) test
