We strive to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition, but if something is damaged in transit, though it’s rare, we’re here to help! Simply send us clear photos of the damage, including the packaging, and we’ll take care of the rest.

- Share detailed, visible photos in .jpeg or .png format.
- Send them within 72 hours of the delivery date provided by the shipping provider.
- Snap the pics right after receiving the item, before installing or using it.
- Our team will review everything within about 30 business days, deciding whether to restore or replace the piece.

In our own art series, the sizes listed always include a white border.This means you don't necessarily need a white mat for your frame, as the artwork has a white border already. However, many collectors still prefer to add a mat even if the piece has a border—it's totally up to your taste and how you want the artwork to be presented.
