Material: Paper is not just paper — some make youfeel the image. Each piece is printed on museum-grade Hahnemühle paper to last for generations. You’ll see the quality in person.
Rarity: Limited Edition (Edition prices rise as more pieces are sold, rewarding early collectors and reflecting the increasing rarity of the work).
Certificate of authenticity: Included
Frame: Not included. Framing is best chosen locally to avoid extra cost and low-quality ready-made frames, but please reach out if you still wish to ship a framed piece, or would like our advice for your local framer.
This series chronicles the journey of self-discovery, of knowing oneself and one's place in the world. This is accomplished with prominent, rich color. In this body of work each work embodies a stage in the process of self-discovery and finding one's way in the world. The use of color is extravagant and lively in an effort to express the intensity and flow of this adventure. Our work demonstrates a spirit of curiosity and wonder, the inner light, and illuminates the depth and spirit of each human being. Spectrum results from deep thinking, reflection, -perhaps, a mirror inverted on the world, a full embodiment of visual perception, of course, and experience in producing multi-layered visual images. We bring our viewers into a visual world where self-discovery is not solely an internal process or something that happens within our heads, but a vivid visual journey. Each subject is composed in a manner that exaggerates certain features but leaves the expressive eyes which are authentic expressions of the self that help us to embody some of the stories or sentiment that one would also find in the paintings. Our hope for Spectrum is that it may encourage you to push yourself on your own journey of self-discovery, your own knowing of yourself, and to embrace and experience the beauty and meaning of this journey. Our goal is that participating in Spectrum causes individuals to reflect on their own individual experiences. They should inspire the viewer to see the world through children's eyes from time to time, reminding them how they felt back then.
