All prints and commissioned paintings are made to order. Accordingly, KvE does not accept refunds, returns or exchanges for orders. On rare occasions, one or more products in an order may be damaged while in transit in possession of our shipping partners. If one or more of your product(s) arrives damaged, please send detailed, clearly visible photos of the damage including images of the packaging to contact@kve.gallery.
We do everything we can to ensure the artwork looks on your screen as close as possible to how it will appear in person. However, please keep in mind that color and brightness may vary slightly depending on your screen settings and ambient lighting.
For our print orders we offer customs-free shipping to the UK, EU, and USA. Your order is automatically fulfilled from our nearest print facility—in the United States, United Kingdom, or Germany—to ensure smooth delivery without unexpected import charges.
Please note: For customers outside the UK, EU, and USA, please be aware that local import duties or taxes may apply. These fees are determined by your country’s customs regulations and are not included in your order total.
